Download YouTube Videos
Alright, in this tutorial I'll be teaching you how to download YouTube video without having to download or install any software onto your PC. This method is absolutely free and requires only internet access, which seeing as you're reading this, i'm sure you have.
First visit YouTube and find locate the video you wish to download. Copy the address bar so that the URL is in the format http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ABCDEFGHIJ (that's the 10 letter/ number/ underscore format after the ?v=) making sure that no extras such as "&feature=channel" or "&fmt=18" are present in the address.
Next visit Tube Bubble a site for downloading and converting YouTube videos to .FLV, .MP4 and .3GP file formats. Input your URL into the appropriate box, select the video format you wish to convert to and click "Download". On the next page you will be given another download link, right click that and select "Save Link as.." and save it to a location of your choice.
FLV: This is a flash video format, I wouldn't recommend downloading in this format as it is primarily used for video streaming on the web. However, if you do wish to download in this format you can player it with media players such as FLV Player.
MP4: This is most likely the video format you will download. It is ideal if you plan on watching it on your PC (programs like Apple Quicktime will play the .MP4 format) or downloading it onto your PSP, iPod or any other portable media player you may have.
